This two level home is build on concrete blocks. Both levels are fully finished.

	To the left The entrance hall is also the sun room.	To the right from here would be the the dining area (see picture below)
	To the right A few steps up (to the right), we enter into the living room through a double french door.

A double garden door leads out to the large deck, over viewing the river.

The upper level features: large living room with a dining corner between the kitchen and living room.

The ceiling in those three rooms are vaulted, exposing two large wooden beams.

The kitchen features, ceramic tiles, modern oak cabinets (custom build), freezer-fridge combo, dish washer, ceramic stove top kitchen stove, micro-wave/ exhauster combo above the kitchen stove

Other rooms on this level is the master bedroom, with panoramic view of the Green River and step-out to the large deck; a second bed-room, which is currently used as office and a bath room with a jacuzzi /double shower head shower.

A large custom made glass sliding door leads out to the deck. A build-in closed can be found to the right.

• The bath room has ceramic tiles

• The second bedroom is currently used as office and computer room. I had two large computer stations in here and created a work space suitable for working with them efficiently. If you like, I will leave it for you. High-speed is available, however, even the dial up connection is very fast.

An invisible storage in the stair case can hold all your treasures, such as Christmas decorations, or in my case a part of my music collection.

Walking down stairs you will come through a french door, into the family room.
